Terms of Service

Last updated 23 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Eleven27 Software Solutions (Pty) Ltd ("Eleven27", "we", "us"), the company that develops and operates Quotier, and govern your use of the service. By creating an account you agree to them. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.

1. The service

Quotier is a multi-tenant quoting and invoicing platform. We provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis and may improve, change, or discontinue features.

2. Accounts & acceptable use

You are responsible for your account, your users, and keeping credentials secure. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other tenants' data, or use it unlawfully. Your use is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which sets out prohibited activities, including creating illegal or fraudulent quotes and invoices.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance for whatever you have chosen — the modules, user seats and storage you select — through Paystack, in South African Rand and inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices may change with notice. A failed renewal moves the account to a grace period; if it is not resolved the subscription is cancelled and the account reverts to the free core.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled per our Refund & Cancellation Policy and the request flow in the billing area, within the stated window.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you enter. We process it per our Privacy Policy. You can export your data and request deletion from the billing area.

6. Automatic document reading

Quotier can read a supplier's quote or price list you upload and prefill the supplier's details, figures and lines for you ("Read the document"). The feature is optional: every document can be captured by hand instead. When you use it:

  • The content of the document is sent to Amazon Web Services' Amazon Bedrock service and may be processed on secure AWS servers outside South Africa, as section 5 of the Privacy Policy describes. By choosing to have a document read you agree to that transfer for that document.
  • You confirm that you may upload the document and any personal information in it (for example the contact details of a supplier's staff), and that you have met your own obligations under POPIA to the people it concerns. For that information you are the responsible party and we act as your operator, processing it only to read the document for you and under the safeguards the Privacy Policy sets out.
  • What is read is a draft for you to check. Supplier details, dates, figures and the matches proposed against your catalogue are suggestions until you confirm them, and no price is recorded without your action. You are responsible for checking them before you rely on them and, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from a reading you recorded without checking it.
  • We may limit how many documents are read in a period, and may change or withdraw the feature as clause 1 provides.

7. Availability & liability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time; we may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. Legally-required financial records are retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
