Quote supply (and supply-and-fit) from one price book.

Products with markup, installation as standard actions with their crews when the job needs fitting, and consistent pricing across every rep in the field, instead of a folder of personal spreadsheets.

Free plan, no card. Built for plant, mine and factory work.

Sound familiar?

Every rep quotes off their own sheet

Reps in the field each keep a private workbook, and the same product goes out at three different prices.

Markup applied by hand, or not at all

A product gets quoted at cost or last season's price, because the markup lives in someone's memory.

Supply-and-fit is half a quote

When a job needs installation too, the labour is bolted on with a guess instead of a rate.

Your product catalogue, built once

Products with markup and install labour when you need it: one book every rep quotes from.

The Products page of a Quotier catalogue: each product's category, cost and sell price per unit, crew and options
The products catalogue: every product's category, cost and sell price per unit, and the options and variants it comes in - set once, picked on every quote.
Products with markup
Every product carries cost and markup, so the selling price is calculated - the same across every rep and every quote.
Installation as actions
When it's supply-and-fit, add an install action with its crew; the labour is priced from a rate, not a guess.
Packs for common kits
A frequently-sold kit drops its whole bill of materials onto a line in one click.
One price book, every rep
Owners set the catalogue; reps quote from it: consistent pricing, with any override flagged.

After the price list

Distribution is a price book, a customer book and a statement run. All three are here.

Gold · 12%

Price levels per customer

Give a customer a discount level and every quote snapshots it - with per-item exceptions from the catalogue, and the level printed or hidden as you choose.

EAN

Product codes that check themselves

An EAN, UPC or your own SKU on a product - checked where a barcode can be checked - and searchable from the builder.

Statement

Supply-and-fit, then bill

Milestone or direct invoices, part-payments recorded as they land, and a statement per account.

Distributors estimating - common questions

Can I keep pricing consistent across reps?

Yes. The catalogue is the single price book. Reps (as estimators) quote from it and can't quietly change a rate or markup; a line override to win a deal is allowed and flagged.

Can I quote supply-only and supply-and-fit?

Yes. Supply-only is products with markup; for supply-and-fit, add an installation action with its crew and the labour is priced from your rates.

Does the free plan cover a single rep?

The free plan gives one user 15 quotes a month, up to 5 lines each, enough to prove it on real quotes. It's a free plan, not a trial; nothing expires.
