Quoting is the core, and it carries more than quoting: timesheets, the crew register, expenses, job profitability, the Financials page, the asset register and the site registers all come with the paid core.
Invoicing, job documents, collaboration and procurement are separate modules - on the month you need them, off the month you don't. All of them together come to R2,400 a month; from there the bill grows with your team, at R300 a person, not with the software. Everything renews on one date.

No card, no trial clock. You get the quoting core with 15 quotes a month, up to 5 lines per quote and 1 user; quotes carry a small “Created with Quotier.io” line. Nothing expires, and nothing is deleted if you never pay us a cent.

Quoting

- The first user is included with the core - a solo contractor pays nothing extra.
- One seat covers every module you run - there is no per-module, per-user charge.
- Every additional active user is charged monthly, whatever their role.
- An invited user takes a seat from the moment the invite is sent, so nothing is charged twice when they accept.
- Deactivate someone and the seat is released at your next renewal - and can be re-used until then.
Document storage
Job documents comes with 5 GB of secure storage, which is plenty for photos, method statements and signed-off paperwork.
Drawings and CAD models eat room fast, so you can add more at any time, from R300 a month:

Pricing questions
Is the free plan really free?
Yes: 15 quotes a month, up to 5 lines each, with 1 user, forever. Quotes carry a small "Created with Quotier.io" line. It's a free plan, not a trial; nothing expires and no card is asked for.
What do I have to buy?
The Quoting core, and then only the modules you want. Every module is priced on its own and every one can be switched off again, so a solo contractor who only quotes pays R650 a month all in - and a two-person shop that quotes and invoices pays R1,400.
How does the billing actually work?
Your modules, seats and any storage add up to one amount, taken as one monthly payment on one renewal date. Add something mid-month and you're charged a prorated amount for the days until that date, then the full price from the next renewal.
Can I turn a module off?
Yes, from Settings, and there is no notice period. It stops renewing, you keep it until the end of the period you've already paid for, and then that area goes read-only - your invoices, documents and shared jobs are still there, you just can't add new ones until you switch it back on.
Do I pay per user?
The first user is included with the core. Every additional active user is R300 a month, whatever their role. Someone you've invited but who hasn't accepted yet counts, because the seat is already reserved for them.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. Every price shown includes 15% VAT, billing is in ZAR, and you get a proper tax invoice for each charge.
I'm not VAT registered - can I still send quotes and invoices?
Yes, and your VAT status has nothing to do with ours. Your VAT number and VAT rate are your own settings. Fill them in and every quote and invoice you send shows the VAT split, prints your VAT number on the letterhead, and your invoices are headed TAX INVOICE. Leave the VAT number out and set your rate to 0 and your documents carry no VAT line at all, which is what the law requires of you until you're registered. When your registration comes through, fill both in: the next document you issue picks it up, and nothing you've already sent is rewritten.
What about job-document storage?
Job documents includes 5 GB of storage for the files on your jobs. If you work with drawings or CAD models you can add recurring storage on top from R300 a month.
Which module has retention, statements and credit notes?
Invoicing carries the whole billing half: milestones, retention, part-payments, reminders, statements, credit notes, payment applications, time-and-materials and recurring invoices. Expenses, timesheets, the asset register and the Financials page come with the paid core. Purchase orders are Procurement. The month-end pack, the gross-wages export and, for a South African VAT vendor, the VAT201 working paper come with Invoicing, switched on in Settings.
What is multi-company collaboration?
Inviting another contracting company onto one of your jobs, so each company quotes its own share from its own private account and shares its price up at the level it chooses - total only, line titles, or full lines and prices. When you issue a milestone, each sub gets a matching draft invoice on their side. Starting a collaboration needs the Collaboration module; accepting an invite is always free, including on the free plan.
